  • Who is Akisha Networks, Inc?

    We are your one-stop shop for all things digital! We design, maintain, and manage digital solutions for smart homes and commercial buildings. We recently took over your security monitoring/home automation account from your old provider.

    Don’t worry, our team will be in touch soon to update you on any minor billing or technical support changes. Everything else about your current services (like security system monitoring and emergency dispatch) will stay the same.

  • What is happening to my current service plan?

    Your current plan and any discounts will keep going through 2025. After that, we might have some new plans that fit your needs even better.

  • How do I check my account online?

    Just head over to our website and click on “Client Login.” You can log in with your old info or create a new login using your account details.

Billing and Payments

We’ll send your bill straight to your email.

If you don’t have email or don’t want e-bills, you can always find your current and past bills on our online customer portal (just log in on the website).

If you really need a paper bill, we can mail one to you if you’re on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing cycle. But heads up, there’s an extra fee for that.

You can pay online with a credit card or ACH, or you can set up a bank draft. Payment by check is available for our customers that pay quarterly, semi annually, or annually.

Usually, your bill is due on the 1st of every month. (Auto drafts will be completed by the 20th.)

We charge you a late fee if you don’t pay after 20 days. If you’re having trouble paying, get in touch with customer service – we’re here to help.

Service Related

If it’s an emergency and you need the police, fire department, or ambulance, call your monitoring center right away.

Yep, just email the changes you need to AR@AKISHA.NET. Make sure to include your current account name, account number, and service address.

Transition Details

All the stuff in your old agreement stays the same.

Usually, switching service providers is seamless. But sometimes there might be a short service interruption while we update things on our end.

Any old billing or service issues are still your old provider’s responsibility. You’ll need to contact them directly to sort those out.
